The welcome was incredibly warm, making us feel like cherished guests. The room was cozy with unique decor, and the breakfasts, preordered and served in a charming setting, consistently impressed. A lovely touch was enjoying homemade desserts alongside our wine in the courtyard, creating a memorable ambiance. The only downside was the challenging stair access to our room, which might not suit everyone.

beautiful art-filled hotel, stylish intimate boutique setting, thoughtfully designed high-quality bathrooms
The lack of an elevator means steep, winding stairs-perfect if you enjoy a workout, but a challenge if you’re tired!!! The bathroom lighting was quite dim, making it frustrating for morning routines!!!

I stayed for three nights and felt right at home. The big room had everything I needed, and I loved the view from the window of the hotel’s little garden. I enjoyed a picnic there one afternoon, which was a nice change from my usual city life in New York. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the street.

charming spot, but needs some tweaks
The couple running the place were super friendly! I loved sipping a drink in the cozy lounge area, but the stairs were a real trek, especially since there was no elevator. I ordered breakfast on arrival, which felt a bit odd, but it was tasty. Just wish it came with a bit more variety!

We genuinely enjoyed our five days at this charming spot! The attentive hosts, and we adored the delicious breakfast. The beautiful location near the historic part of Aix added to our wonderful getaway with friends.
My wife says that it would be great if there were a shower option in the bathroom instead of just a bathtub for families with kids.

Couples seeking charm and art
The couple running this place were friendly as hell! We were welcomed warmly and loved the small touches, like having coffee and cakes available at the lobby all the time. It created a very inviting atmosphere, almost like visiting a friend's home.
The price was on the higher side, but the experience was decent.

The Deluxe Double Room was large and the king bed was super comfy, definitely one of the best I’ve slept on. The walk-in shower was great, and there was tons of hot water. Plus, the decor felt stylish and welcoming. Only downside was the bathroom lighting—quite dim and not the best for getting ready in the morning. Otherwise, a solid stay!

What a lovely getaway! The room was stylish and had a view of a charming church, and breakfast in the pretty courtyard was deliciously unforgettable. The unique decor added a delightful touch! However, getting a shower in the bath was a bit tricky for someone taller than 6ft. I'd definitely come back for another stay!
